Shipping Policy

Every piece is made to order. Production takes 1–5 business days, then delivery takes 7–22 days. That's roughly 8 to 27 days in total.
Where We Ship
We ship within the United States only, including all 50 states.
We are not taking international orders right now.
Cost
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your address and shown before you pay. Nothing else is added.
Production
Pieces are made after you order, not taken from stock. Production takes 1 to 5 business days once your payment clears.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. Weekend orders start the next business day.
Launches and holidays can take longer. We post it on the site when they do.
Delivery
Delivery takes 7 to 22 days after your order ships. These are calendar days, not business days.
Times are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather and busy periods can add days.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Allow 24 hours for the first scan. A tracking page showing nothing yet is normal.
If tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, email us and we'll chase it.
Your Address
Check your address before you order. We can only change it before production starts.
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll reship it once you cover the postage, or refund the item price minus what we paid to send and recover it.
If Something Goes Wrong
Damaged or wrong item — within 14 days of delivery.
Says delivered but missing — within 7 days of the delivery scan.
No tracking movement — after 30 days since dispatch.
Damaged or wrong item. Email us photos within 14 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you in full and cover the return postage.
Says delivered but missing. Check with your household and neighbours first, then email us within 7 days of the delivery scan. We'll open a claim with the carrier. Risk of loss passes on delivery, so we aren't obliged to replace it — but we look at these case by case.
No movement for 30 days. Email us. We'll treat it as lost and make it right.
Returns
14 days from delivery. Unworn, unwashed, tags attached. Email us before sending anything back. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
Our pieces are cut generous. We size up in production so each garment sits with the relaxed fit the artwork is made for.
Order your usual size. If you want it closer to the body, size down. Check the size guide first — it's the easiest way to avoid a return.
Changes
We may update this page. The date at the top shows the last change. The policy in force when you order applies to your order.
